Topgraf 0.1% Ointment is used to treat eczema (atopic dermatitis). It works by suppressing the activity of certain immune cells that cause inflammation (redness and swelling) of the skin. This relieves itching and improves rashes in atopic dermatitis.

Topgraf 0.1% Ointment is a topical agent used for the treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis, which is an inflammation of the skin characterized by itching, rash, and redness of the skin. This cream should only be used in patients who cannot use or have not shown adequate response to other medications used to treat this condition. It is not recommended for use in children less than 2 years of age since the safety and efficacy of use are not clinically established.
