Punarnavarishtha Syrup contains Boerhavia diffusa, Tinospora cordifolia, Sida Cordifolia, Plumbago zeylanica, and Kantakari.

Role of active ingredient:
Boerhavia diffusa acts as hepatoprotective.
Tinospora cordifolia is very effective in preventing fibrous changes and promoting regeneration of the liver against hepatic toxicity.
Sida Cordifolia relieves diarrhoea, improves immunity and natural aphrodisiac.
Plumbago zeylanica is used as a liver tonic, as it enhances the liver metabolism.
Kantakari fruit is useful in disturbed digestion and metabolism.
