Malbet Capsules contains Kutaj beej (Holarrhena antidysenterica) 40 mg, Saptaparni (Alstonia scholais) 50 mg, Kutaki (Picrorrhiza kurroa) 40 mg, Patol (Trichosanthes dioica) 40 mg, Mirich (Piper nigrum) 40 mg, Laghusutshekhar 50 mg and Tribhuvankirti 80 mg.

Kutaj beej (Holarrhena antidysenterica) is best known for its use in diarrhoea and dysentry.
Saptaparni (Alstonia scholais), Kutaki (Picrorrhiza kurroa) and others are used for its effects in digestive system like diarrhoea and dysentry. It is also effective in treating fever.
