Koldoff Tablet is used for Cold, Headache, Toothache, Ear pain, Joint pain, Periods pain, Fever, Flu, Allergy, Hay fever and other conditions.

Koldoff Tablet contains Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Paracetamol and Phenylephrine Hcl as active ingredients.
Koldoff Tablet works by increasing the pain threshold and increases the blood flow across the skin, heat loss and sweating; blocking H1-receptor sites on tissues; producing vasoconstriction;

Uses:

This combination helps the body to fight acute and chronic upper respiratory inflammations and is effective against viral and bacterial infections.
It is also helpful in fighting allergic manifestations in the upper respiratory tract.
Koldoff Tablet is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms:

• Itchy throat/skin
• Anaphylactic shock

• Paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia
• Prolonging spinal anesthesia

Koldoff Tablet Side-effects
The following is a list of possible side-effects that may occur from all constituting ingredients of Koldoff Tablet. This is not a comprehensive list. These side-effects are possible, but do not always occur. Some of the side-effects may be rare but serious. Consult your doctor if you observe any of the following side-effects, especially if they do not go away.

2. Skin reddening
3. Allergic reactions
4. Shortness of breath
5. Swollen facial features
6. Liver damage
7. Abnormalities of blood cells
8. Nausea
9. Rashes
10. Liver toxicity

Precautions:
Before using Koldoff Tablet, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Some health conditions may make you more susceptible to the side-effects of the drug. Take as directed by your doctor or follow the direction printed on the product insert. • Asthma
• Avoid alcohol and other sedatives while on this medication
• Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this drug will affect you
• Avoid using it if allergic to paracetamol
• Chronic bronchitis
• Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
• Do not take paracetamol if you consume alcoholic beverages every day
• Emphysema
• Enlarged prostate gland

» Zingiber officinale :Nagara
» Piper longum :Pippali
» Nigella sativa :Krishnajeerakam
» Terminalia chebula:Haritaki
» Emblica officinalis :Amalaki
» Terminalia belerica :Vibhitaki
» Myrica nagi :Katphalam

Dosage: 
» Children below 3 years -1/2 to 1 tablet twice or thrice daily powdered and mixed with honey
» Children from 3 to 5 years -2 tablets twice daily.
» Children above 5 years & Adults-2 tablets three times a day.
