Fitbynet makes every effort to ensure that the pricing and availability of Product(s) on our Website are accurate and up to date. However, there may be rare occasions when there is an error in the pricing of a product or related to product availability.

In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Fitbynet reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or request the price difference for any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price.

NOTE:

We do not keep items in stock. Instead, we work with vendors to source items once we receive an order. While we make every effort to ensure timely shipment of orders, there may be instances where the item is unavailable with our vendors or if the stock supply of the item is low, which can result in delayed shipment or cancellation of the order. Please note that placing an order with us does not guarantee the availability of the ordered item.

Delivery time for Delhi/NCR is 24-48 working hours*, and for outside Delhi/NCR, it’s 2-3 working days*.

Please note that the delivery time mentioned above is the time taken for the delivery after the shipment of the order from our end. While most orders get delivered to customers within the given timeline, there may be cases where order delivery gets delayed due to service area-related issues.

Our shipping charge is INR 65 for weights up to 500gm, and for every additional 500gm, there is an additional charge of INR 50.

Note: We charge a standard shipping fee of 65 INR for orders assuming the package weight is under 500g. The exact weight can only be determined once the order is packed. Therefore, additional shipping charges are applied for each 500g later.
