Dofuse Tablet DOFUSE 250 MG TABLET is used in both adults and children as short term treatment to improve heart function and output in condition such as heart failure, myocardial infarction, open heart surgery, cardiomyopathies, septic shock and cardiogenic shock. It is also used to improve heart output during positive end expiratory pressure (PEEP) ventilation, heart failure due to low blood pressures (hypotension).
