We accept returns if the item(s) delivered do not match your order, are lost or damaged during transit, or are past their expiry date.

To request a return, you can simply call us or email or WhatsApp us your order details with the images of the item & invoice received including the reason for asking the return. Please note that there is no refund, return or replacement for items that were shipped or delivered correctly.

KINDY NOTE: After we receive the returned items, refunds are made only to the same account through which a customer pays via our payment gateway on our website. Hence, a refund to an alternate medium or account would not be possible.
